Q: What kinds of companies does HOV invest in?
A: We do not have any limitations or restrictions on investment and are always open to investing in new asset classes. To date, we have been focused on transaction processing business throughout the US, UK and the BRIC economies, business process outsourcing (“BPO”) and knowledge process outsourcing (“KPO”) assets and renewable, alternative energy opportunities and investments.

Q: Are HOV financials available to the public?
A: We are a private fund and do not publish financials.

Q: Who is eligible to invest in HOV?
A: We do not solicit investments.

Q: Where does HOV’s capital come from?
A: All capital is provided by the Partners listed, except for the Rustic Canyon fund which is jointly owned by HOV and Merrill Lynch Inc.
