Tracmail services some of the largest companies in the world from its headquarters in Vashi. The current employee strength of more than 500 employees most of whom are located in Vashi, India is being increased under HOV ownership to support growth of portfolio companies in the accounts receivable management space of the finance and accounting segment of the BPO sector.

Tracmail pioneered the concept of leveraging cost effective offshore-based talent to help the clients drive down the cost of providing those services.
