HOV Services – Stock Option Plan 2007

HOV Services Ltd Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 25, 2007, has granted Employee Stock Options as below pursuant to the HOVS Stock Option Plan 2007:

- To the eligible employees of the Company and its subsidiaries : 20,000 No of Options.
