Announces New Wins: Major Healthcare Claims Administration Contracts with Leading Health Plans Multi-Year Contract worth over US$25 million TROY, Mich. – (May 28, 2008) – HOV Services, a proven provider of business process and knowledge process outsourcing solutions announced that it has recently won more than $25 million in new multi-year claim processing contracts by partnering with two of the nation’s leading healthcare networks in the healthcare payer sector including a Fortune 500 insurer. HOV Services will provide an end-to-end AccuClaim solution to process both standard and non-standard forms. Consisting of mailroom operations, scanning and data capture of incoming claims, HOV Services’ AccuClaim solution represents a tightly integrated front-end claims process that delivers 100% digital claims submission, significantly reduces administrative costs, improves auto-adjudication rates and significantly reduces turnaround time for healthcare payer organizations.
