HOV Services Board of Directors declares 2nd interim dividend of FY 2010-11

HOV Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2010, inter alia, have declared an 2nd interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the FY 2010-11.
