Mr. Cheng’s direction and hands-on involvement in HOV’s business development efforts globally, more specifically in India, China and other Asian countries, is key in the success of HOV. His expertise and entrepreneurial successes have been an invaluable asset to the growth and development of HOV Services, Ltd, as well as the rest of the HOV portfolio. In mid 2002, he retired as Chairman and CEO of Sorento Networks, Inc. a company he launched in 1997. He has also served as President of Meret Optical Communications, Inc., Osicom Technologies, Inc., and of Dowslake Microsystems Corporation. He is a critical member of the HOV team.

Mr. Cheng holds a B.S. Degree in Physics from Nanjing University, China, and a M.S. and Ph.D. in
electrical engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
